Yes i was treated like family from start 2 finish, stress free n just plain straight forward business dealing from the sales, finance, excellent service n even or especially after the sale .i am scheduled for an inspection on a couple of minor issues with my purchase to ensure all is fine. What I thought was going to be the most stressful thing to do (purchase a new Truck!) was actually the easiest thing to do! The whole team at Alamo Ford was amazing! I wasn’t even actually looking to buy right now, but a truck caught my eye and I stopped to daydream & check the price out of curiosity. Zeke was patient and kind while I looked and test drove it even though I didn’t think I was going to buy. There was zero pressure and I decided to go for it as I had been without a truck for almost a year. Maddie was wonderful and patient with my questions and my daughter during the process and the finance team including the owner did some magic and next thing I knew I drove away with my dream truck because the numbers fit and made sense. Financing can be hard being self employed and they made it easy and painless. Never once was I treated like “just a girl”. I definitely recommend them and this comes from someone who swore she’d never buy there again when it was owned by the former business. They didn’t just change names they changed everything that matters!

Went in for a tire balance on a higher end car, not a Ford, due to the lack of ability to properly balance tires in this city. These guys, Josh and Seth are the absolute masters of the tire balancing tech and for the first time ism 35 years of owning cars, this, THIS is the best any have Ever been And that includes new ones different off the lot, most of the Fords. These guys need to be recognized for their outstanding understanding of balancing wheels and tires. I will be taking my other vehicle to the as well. If you need tires balanced, bring it here to these guys. They WILL do the job correctly and better

I was passing through this beautiful city in my motorhome. The ABS brake light and the traction control light were on, so I stopped at this Ford dealership to have the problem checked. They gave me an appointment for the next morning and checked it out. The service from the staff was excellent, from the sales advisor to the technicians and even the service manager. Even though they couldn't repair my motorhome because the part wasn't available, what a professional and attentive team! The staff apologized because they didn't have the part in stock and it wouldn't be available for several weeks. Wow, what service! A big thank you to the entire service team.
