Had some work exhaust manifold work done to my 2014 F250. They were very fair on prices, even came in under what they quoted. They took good care of me and didn’t take long to get me scheduled. I would take my truck back here again.

I was passing through this beautiful city in my motorhome. The ABS brake light and the traction control light were on, so I stopped at this Ford dealership to have the problem checked. They gave me an appointment for the next morning and checked it out. The service from the staff was excellent, from the sales advisor to the technicians and even the service manager. Even though they couldn't repair my motorhome because the part wasn't available, what a professional and attentive team! The staff apologized because they didn't have the part in stock and it wouldn't be available for several weeks. Wow, what service! A big thank you to the entire service team.

My parents live in Alamogordo and bought a car from Bryce. From what they told me, he wasn't pushy and was a really good listener. (not something you normally say about car salesmen). Anyway, if my wife and I ever move back to the Southwest, we'll definitely buy our next truck from Bryce.

The team at Alamo contacted me at 5:10 pm on a Saturday stating they think they have a car for me. If I could get there quick I didn't have a ride obviously and they came and got me! Went in for a tire balance on a higher end car, not a Ford, due to the lack of ability to properly balance tires in this city. These guys, Josh and Seth are the absolute masters of the tire balancing tech and for the first time ism 35 years of owning cars, this, THIS is the best any have Ever been And that includes new ones different off the lot, most of the Fords. These guys need to be recognized for their outstanding understanding of balancing wheels and tires. I will be taking my other vehicle to the as well. If you need tires balanced, bring it here to these guys. They WILL do the job correctly and better
